Bathroom rescue

Right at the top of a listed house, the client had a major leak from an old shower - running down through the house. We removed the shower (which was to be updated anyway) and identified that the floor and walls were ‘gone’ - as well as the floor being massively uneven. We removed the oak floorboards, strengthened and evened out the joists, before reinstating everything - removing mouse holes, installing much needed insulation, checking the electrics in the attic (which we discovered were faulty), adding a skylight to enable to client to actually stand up in the shower!
