Garden room

In the middle of Tunbridge Wells, the client wanted to create an outdoor room that would serve as a teenager den, a gym, and an art gallery.

After looking at ‘off the shelf’ versions, we decided on a bespoke build, with thicker insulation to reduce running costs, with full fibre connectivity, and provide the flexibility needed. Built on ground screws (so no need for foundations and the associated ground works), the building shot up, clad in black cement based boards to match the Interior Designer’s vision.
